Plenty of Leeds United fans were excited as soon as the rumour mill started linking us with having an interest in Wolverhampton Wanderers versatile attacker Helder Costa.
Costa played a massive role in their rise to the Premier League as Championship title holders back in the 2017/18 campaign and I’m sure Leeds fans remember his performances from the highlights and games against us.

Whilst he struggled more in the Premier League in 2018/19, he did still have decent game time and although it’s expected Wolves will send him out on loan this season, at least glancing the thoughts of these Wolves fans on social media, they think it’s more a case of confidence rather talent, and they seem very happy at the idea of him spending 12 months under manager Marcelo Bielsa as simply put – they think that will do the trick to get him back on track.
A year on loan to a championship club could do wonders for him.
