It was almost inevitable wasn’t it – Leeds United’s trip to Griffin Park to face Brentford on Easter Monday has – shock horror – been selected for screening by Sky Sports.
Although the game continues to take place on Monday, April 22nd as originally scheduled, the kickoff time moves from 3pm to the later evening slot of 5.15pm.

The reaction to being, yet again, on the telebox and having travelling fans inconvenience was entirely as expected on social media when the club confirmed the switch, but for some, they welcomed the greater opportunity to view the game – especially with some believing it could be the game that clinches our promotion back to the Premier League.
If we can open a gap on Sheffield United this coming weekend, with every fixture that passes we take one step closer to promotion being set in stone and confirmation of our final return to the top flight – but take each game as it comes can be the only message.
Don’t think I’ve ever been so pleased for a game to be moved! I’ll be watching while have breakfast in Las Vegas #ALAW
