Leeds United’s victory over Sheffield United at the weekend was the start of a very busy festive season for Marcelo Bielsa’s side.
The Peacocks face a variety of challenges over the course of the next six weeks, which culminates with a trip to Loftus Road to tackle fellow Championship side QPR in the third round of the FA Cup.
With non-league sides, local rivals and Premier League giants in the draw, Leeds fans were left unimpressed by their fixture and the same is the case for QPR supporters – many of whom took to social media to express their frustration.
Incidentally, the two sides clash this weekend in what could be a rehearsal for next month’s FA Cup clash but the general consensus amongst both sets of supporters is that the draw has resulted in a fixture that was not wanted.
