Leeds United kept the pressure on Norwich City with a reasonably comfortable victory over Queens Park Rangers on Saturday afternoon.

The game had its controversial moments as Kemar Roofe helped himself to a brace on the day to give us a 2-1 victory, as we saw our first penalty award of the season (October 2017) in the match as QPR defender Toni Leistner was adjudged to have committed handball – but hey ho we have to swallow decisions against us, about time we got one in our favour.

Having typically dominated possession and chances overall, few can begrudge the win but I bet some will, and it’s obvious Roofe takes the Man of the Match after that.

Whoscored gave him their star man rating of 8.24 for his two goals on the day and with five registered shots on target, he was our biggest threat on the day.

Pontus Jansson, Pablo Hernandez, Adam Forshaw and Samu Saiz completed the top five on the day so now all eyes to the next one.
