Patrick Bamford is expected to be a Leeds player sooner rather than later and it is certainly going to be exciting to watch him play for us.
He’s got good talent and if he can stay fit and consistent there is no reason why he won’t be one of the key men in our season.
Certainly, he knows how to be the best in the league as he has done so before with Middlesbrough and at the time then manager Aitor Karanka had this to say about him:
“He’s the best player in the division. There’s not another player in the Championship who can do the things he does.”
For sure, that shows you how much talent the player has got to bring to Elland Road and if we can ignite that we should be laughing.
Bamford is not an out and out number nine but is a player that likes to roam around the forward spaces which will hopefully lend itself to Bielsa’s playing style.
In the right system he can be superb and the Argentine surely feels that he can find something that works for him.
