With Leeds United again battling at the right end of the Championship table as we near the January transfer window, plenty of fans are hoping to see us do a bit of wheeling and dealing in the New Year, to really bolster our chances of going one stage further than last season.
Hopefully, that will be in securing automatic promotion, if not the title, or doing better in the Play-Off run.
With individual fans having their own thoughts on where we should strengthen, undoubtedly up top and the heart of defence would figure highly I would imagine, and speaking to the Yorkshire Evening Post on Monday afternoon, Bielsa fielded a question or two about January plans and he was confident that Victor Orta would already be ensuring that if we needed, or wanted, to make a move, we would have options.
“Victor Orta is working on that. I am sure Victor and his group are prepared to bring solutions to us. It has always been that way. They will bring us one option for one problem, they always make good recommendations. If any needs appear, they have possible solutions.”
His words definitely mean one thing, the rumour mill will be in full flow over the course of the next month!
