PL side eyeing Leeds man

According to yesterday’s Sun on Sunday, we’re potentially in line for Wolves to come after Bailey Peacock-Farrell.

The Whites desperately needed to sort out a new goalkeeper during last season as Felix Wiedwald continued to disappoint during two spells between the sticks.

Indeed, Andy Lonergan didn’t really fare much better and so it is evident that we were more than lucky that BPF stepped up.

Now, though, Wolves are apparently keen on him as they look to boost their squad ready for the Premier League.

The Verdict

BPF would be wise to ignore such interest because there’s more chance of him playing for us next year for sure.

I know we’re linked with the likes of Angus Gunn but, even so, staying at Elland Road would be the right call for the man from Northern Ireland.

Indeed, he’s got what it takes to be a solid keeper for us and so he shouldn’t throw that away – nor do I think he will.
