Leeds celebrated their 99th birthday today and there’s been plenty of coverage for the milestone.
The Whites celebrate their centenary next season, of course, and there’s bound to be a commemorative kit amongst other things that comes out to mark it.
That’s next year, though, and this one has seen players from the past issue messages discussing what the club means to them.
Robert Snodgrass is one man to send such a post, then, with him having this to say via the club’s official Twitter account:

Some fans perhaps do not like him too much but I think most of us do and I’ll always admire the quality that he has got.
For sure, to have a player like him in our side now would be rather nice and perhaps if and when we go up this season we can try and get him in from West Ham in the summer.
