These Leeds United fans have been reacting in delight to a statistic that puts our club in the limelight for the right reasons.
The club’s official Twitter account shared an image with statistics accumulated by UEFA that show did sides in Europe that have gathered the highest average possession percentages, with us sitting in an amazing fifth place. The rest of the teams are some of the largest in Europe.
This shows why we are currently sitting at the top of the Championship table and in with a real shout of promotion to the Premier League for the first time since 2004, seven points ahead of Fulham who are in third place.
