|

Leeds United have been drawn against the winners of Fulham and Sunderland in the FA Cup fifth round, the first time the club has been this far in the competition in seven years.

The Whites have so far beaten Cardiff City 5-2 at the second attempt after a 2-2 draw in Wales. Sonny Perkins scored late on to force a replay after Jesse Marsch’s side had gone 2-0 down. Then they swept aside League One Accrington Stanley on Saturday 3-1 thanks to a superb goal from Jack Harrison then two quick-fire goals from Junior Firpo and Luis Sinisterra.

Several Premier League teams remain in the hat with Tottenham Hotspur, Southampton, Manchester United, West Ham, Leicester, Manchester City and Brighton along with Leeds representing the top flight. Non-League Wrexham are the lowest-placed side still remaining in the cup with only one team from League Two, Grimsby Town remaining.
