I`m sure many of you will have caught Paul Heckingbottom on the radio last night as the West Yorkshire Sport team asked him a number of questions about his tenure so far and his plans for the future.
Overall, I think Hecky did a good job in offering answers, too, but I have never been too concerned by his approach with the media, it`s the results that have many questioning him.
For me, I still think he needs time and the summer to start moulding the team into his own.
His relationship with Victor Orta will be important, then, and he has given some insight into that in his interview:
PH on relationship with Victor Orta: ‘Victor played a big part in me coming here. It has to be a close relationship, we have to be thinking on the same page.’ #lufc

Let`s take a look at the reaction to that.
Hand picked by Orta to be his yes man!

If you ask most fans they don`t trust Orta and neither did the fans of his previous club Middlesborough

I give up.

Time for both off them to go.

Neither are up to the job. Orta`s recruitment has been a total failure and we have went backwards with PH

Two clueless people put together. Why Leeds? Could you not have chosen another club !!!

This is without doubt the most worrying thing PH has said during his tenure. #heckythump

Then you can both call into Mr Radz office and pick up your P45s, BYE BYE

Certainly, it`s a good thing when key staff are all working from the same angle – I just hope Victor has altered in terms of player recruitment from the last two windows!
