Many Leeds United heaped praise on midfielder Mateusz Klich following his side’s 3-1 victory against Blackburn Rovers on Saturday.
Kalvin Phillips scored a stunning free-kick just before half time which was the pick of the day, with Patrick Bamford also finding the scoresheet after the intense scrutiny that he received from the Elland Road faithful.
But there was one man that many focused on, and that was Klich. The 30-year-old Polish midfielder was in fine form at Ewood Park and played a key role in Marcelo Bielsa’s side and their victory.

With this in mind, supporters were full of praise for Klich and made their feelings clear on social media. One fan described him as “absolute baller”, while another stated he was a “real baller”.

He was absolute mustard today from the first minute. Him and Pablo compliment each other so well.

Love Klich. A real baller and tuned in perfectly. His self awareness and intelligence are great plus he’s got the humour and SH’ing to boot. Also, that performance came from within and him being aware of his own performances + not hiding or believing his own BS like players can

Liked the fact Klich played much further up the pitch today.

I love honesty from players, goes a long way with me.
Not enough put there hands up, preferring to sulk rather than say it as it was.
Top player and decent lad https://t.co/fCHyr9WeSN
