Jesse Marsch is expected to welcome back four players from injury at the end of this month according to LeedsLive via Twitter.

The article states ‘Based on the typically helpful injury updates Marsch gave the media before that trip to the capital, Leeds should see a quadruplet come back into the reckoning for Manchester City’s visit on December 28. Depending on who does and does not come through this mini-pre-season unscathed, Luis Sinisterra and Stuart Dallas might be the only remaining names on the sidelines.’

According to Jesse Marsch, Adam Forshaw and Jack Harrison were only days away before the loss to Tottenham Hotspur, which was the final game before the Premier League went on a hiatus for the World Cup tournament in Qatar. Both players and Mateusz Klich, who had taken a knock prior to the Spurs game, were all seen in training this week. Patrick Bamford who had a hip problem and was seven days away according to Marsch, was not pictured training, along with Luis Sinisterra and Stuart Dallas.

It now appears Luis Sinisterra and Stuart Dallas are the only players the club are waiting on, and if they can be back by the time Manchester City visit Elland road on December the 28th, then it may seem the World Cup break has come at a perfect time for Jesse Marsch and his squad. Leeds will play City at home and Newcastle at St James Park before the transfer window opens and the fans will be hoping the club can strengthen the squad and start to climb up the Premier League table.
