Jesse Marsch is expected to welcome back four players from injury at the end of this month according to LeedsLive via Twitter.

The article states ‘Based on the typically helpful injury updates Marsch gave the media before that trip to the capital, Leeds should see a quadruplet come back into the reckoning for Manchester City’s visit on December 28. Depending on who does and does not come through this mini-pre-season unscathed, Luis Sinisterra and Stuart Dallas might be the only remaining names on the sidelines.’

According to Jesse Marsch, Adam Forshaw and Jack Harrison were only days away before the loss to Tottenham Hotspur, which was the final game before the Premier League went on a hiatus for the World Cup tournament in Qatar. Both players and Mateusz Klich, who had taken a knock prior to the Spurs game, were all seen in training this week. Patrick Bamford who had a hip problem and was seven days away according to Marsch, was not pictured training, along with Luis Sinisterra and Stuart Dallas.

It now appears Luis Sinisterra and Stuart Dallas are the only players the club are waiting on, and if they can be back by the time Manchester City visit Elland road on December the 28th, then it may seem the World Cup break has come at a perfect time for Jesse Marsch and his squad. Leeds will play City at home and Newcastle at St James Park before the transfer window opens and the fans will be hoping the club can strengthen the squad and start to climb up the Premier League table.

On a totally different subject to players and the team.

    Elland Road development.
I hope as part of the development they engage an acoustics engineer. Atmosphere is second to none there but can you imagine, if done right how much louder and intimidating it could be with the further reverberating and directed at the pitch.

In addition to the above l, I’ve read on more times than I can count. You cannot build over Elland Road. Yes you can, all that is needed is planning permission and what is know as an easement, to build over the road.
The stand can be designed to cantilever over the road, without supporting columns or with supporting columns in the pub and subway carparks. The road would remain.

I hope they design the future extensions with a view to further extensions. They is no reason why Leeds can’t command 80 to 90K support in the future.
Leeds has a population of 800,000 single team city. Second biggest borough after Birmingham.
800K is thd borough of Leeds not including surrounding boroughs.
We are going to be massive with the right management and development.

    Marching On Together
