“If anything was close he would be keeping quiet” – A lot of Leeds United supporters don’t believe Andrea Radrizzani’s latest interview.
The Leeds owner has done an exclusive interview with The Times, where he claims that he is close to securing investment from three groups.
One of which is QSI – the owners of PSG.
He names the other two as an Italian club and an American investor who is a big Leeds United fan.
It seems, though, that a lot of Whites fans are skeptical about this interview, and they believe it is a desperate attempt by Radrizzani to drum up interest, and nothing is actually that close.
Certainly, these Leeds fans do not believe what their owner is saying.
See the best of the reaction below.
Radz talking about investment in the Times. Never mind the ‘what’. Question is: *why* is he talking now? #LUFC

Just repeating what he said at the end of the Amazon series, nothing new.

Reads like a man who isn’t as close to a deal as he’d like to be and is trying to force a hand

Reads like he’s putting pressure on QSI to invest.

If anything was close, he’d be keeping quiet.

Many Leeds supporters are unsure on Radrizzani’s latest claims.
Either a) the deal is done. Or b) trying to divert pressure from stuff on the green stuff

You’d think hes either trying to create some buzz and excitement (leading into the big 100) or he’s trying to drum up business by speaking about it and saying he has options.

The man loves the attention

Other Leeds fans think that this is a deflection tactic from their owner.
