Okay, get ready for this, Leeds have apparently had a bid accepted for Wolves’ Barry Douglas despite them gearing up for the Premier League.
The player has immense quality and his left-foot alone can win you points – as it did last season for the men from Molineux.
Even so, they appear willing to let him go and Leeds have apparently had a bid accepted according to Phil Hay on Twitter:
The word from Wolverhampton this morning is that Leeds United have had a bid accepted for Wolves left-back Barry Douglas. Waiting for clarification at this end. #lufc

This, truly, would be a top signing when you look at what he did last season but, of course, when you consider the way the summer has gone we probably shouldn’t get too excited just yet.
The Verdict
Could the summer be finally coming to life?
It’s been tough for us this year but I guess we’ve all hoped that the club would make some late moves.
Let’s hope this one comes off and then more follow in the final weeks of the window.
