Some Leeds Fans Hope Derby Don’t Condone Such Behaviour – BTW It’s Called Karma Frank

|

Back during the endless and often wrongly reported Spygate saga, one of the biggest critics of Leeds United and the actions of manager Marcelo Bielsa was fellow ‘professional’ and Derby County manager Frank Lampard – even though he was one of the main proponents of getting the actual facts of the story wrong every time he opened his mouth which was a ‘good faith’ matter of its own.

In any event, we, as a club, decided to let it settle, paid the fine and moved on without complaining ourselves but the same can’t be said for some sections of the Elland Road faithful – and that’s not a criticism, it’s understandable and in many ways holding onto grudges for rivalry purposes are exactly what fans are for.

It can also be incredibly humourous at points and this is a good case in point – especially when it comes to the Football Gods, Karma and what goes around comes around, or whatever you choose to call it.

As a self-stated member of the moralising ‘it isn’t done in this country’ ‘it’s not right’ brigade, Fat Frank has had his own troubles of late and the Football Association have recently slapped him with an ‘improper conduct’ charge – something in the UK game that is absolutely, 100%, against the rules, so much so in fact, it even has its own section, which never applied to Spygate as standing on public ground using your eyes isn’t actually a crime (in all senses of the word).

You can probably guess what follows.
