It’s been a good season so far and many of us are once again daring to think that we might end up in the Premier League for next year.
Of course, we had similar feelings this time last season and we all know how that panned out so it is probably best to try and keep calm.
However, a recent transfer story is surely only adding to the excitement with the Daily Star printed edition from yesterday claiming that if James Milner doesn’t get a new contract with Liverpool, he wants to move to us.
Indeed, it depends on us getting promoted this year but, clearly, with Marcelo Bielsa in charge and his obvious love for the club as a hometown player, only we could actually pull this off.
We’d need to do our end of the bargain first and Liverpool might offer him a new contract, of course, but we can dream for now.
