News: EX-Tottenham player thinks that parent club will be taking 18y/o back

|

Darren Bent thinks that Tottenham Hotspur will recall Jack Clarke as they look to freshen things up for the second half of the season but also because the 18-year-old is not getting any game time at all.

Spurs are reportedly deeply unhappy at the situation, and it is hard to see Clarke remaining at Elland Road for much longer.

Clarke has fallen foul of Championship loan rules and has made two solitary appearances in the EFL Cup.

However, Marcelo Bielsa must consider what is best for the Whites, and at the moment, Jack Harrison is in brilliant form and deserves to be starting week in week out.

The Manchester City man has four assists and one goal in his last six games and has found a rich vein of form that must be rewarded.

Spurs have had an indifferent start to the season, and Bent thinks that Tottenham need to bring Ryan Sessegnon, Giovani Lo Celso, and Clarke into the fold.

Should Clarke be sent back to Tottenham?

Yes

No

If Spurs took him back, I doubt many Leeds fans would be too bothered, and it would also allow Clarke to start his Tottenham career.

This current situation he finds himself in is not helpful for Leeds, Spurs, or Clarke, and the quicker he goes back, the better for everyone.
