Newcastle United youngster Paul Huntington has joined Leeds United as Dennis Wise makes his second move on transfer deadline day.

The young defender joins having featured for the Newcastle United first team 11 times, scoring once, on his debut against Spurs.

Huntington is a holder of the Jackie Milburn Trophy, awarded to promising players that are based in the North East and has represented England at Under 18 level.

Paul joins as cover/competition (delete as appropriate) for the likes of Rui Marques, and may well be considered ‘one for the future.’
