Summary
Leeds look formidable as an attacking force but defensively you look very poor and I think that is shown in how I mark your players.

On a day when we hardly ever got into the game, we somehow found ourselves 2-1 ahead early in the second half.

Even after Leeds drew level, Rovers had a couple of good chances to retake the lead.

Both Rovers goals came from similar avenues, with a hopeful ball straight through or over the middle of Leeds central defenders.

The full backs struggled, Franck Moussa gave Lichaj a hard time down the left and McCartney never looked comfortable at left back.

The reason Leeds find themselves where they are in the table is they have an abundance of goals all over the park. Max Gradel gave us the run around all afternoon on one side and as the game wore on Snodgrass tore into the tiring Mills on the other.
Howson never stopped running and with Rovers lacking any spark in the middle, we made it easy for Leeds to knock the ball around in the final third.

You could have quite easily have scored double what you got with some better finishing and I couldn`t believe how many shots Leeds had on goal.

For the rest of the season, unless you sort out your defence then I can`t see Leeds staying where they are as other clubs will make a lot more chances than Rovers did.

As for us, we can use all the injuries as an excuse but we still need a few more wins to guarantee safety.
On today`s performance and with teams near the bottom picking up points, we still have some work to do.

Thanks 1879Rovers for your views.
