Doncaster Rovers manager Sean O`Driscoll admitted the better side won after seeing Leeds beat his side 5-2 at Elland Road.

Speaking on the Doncaster Rovers official website, O`Driscoll said, “Credit to Leeds, they created some good chances and we defended valiantly at times. We had a little bit of luck, but overall they deserved the win.”

Rovers looked like pulling off a surprise win when they led 2-1 early in the second half after being put under intense pressure by Leeds for much of the first half.

O`Driscoll also admitted that Leeds have a formidable attacking force, “Leeds are a good team at home and they have a front six as good as any in the league, overall it was deserved,” he continued.

Leeds have now scored 67 goals in 35 games in the Championship this season.
