Leeds United will be without midfielder Kalvin Phillips for the clash with Derby County on Tuesday night after he picked up his fifth yellow card of the season in the defeat to Sheffield United on Friday night.

Phillips was booked in the second half for a poor challenge on Sheffield United full-back George Baldock, a foul he could easily have received a straight red card for from referee Scott Duncan.

The midfielder will now serve an automatic one-match suspension under the totting-up system. He now joins defender Gaetano Berardi on the sidelines through suspension, with Berardi also missing the Derby game as he completes his three-match suspension for his red card at Bristol City last weekend.

The game also saw Ronaldo Vieira booked and he is now just one yellow card away from five bookings and an automatic one-match suspension.

Any player picking up five yellow cards on or before November 30th will serve a one-match suspension under the totting-up system.
