Leeds United kick off their new Championship campaign on Saturday with a number of new squad members hoping for their home debut.

Simon Grayson has brought in eight new players during the summer, Kasper Schmeichel, Paul Connolly, Federico Bessone, Lloyd Sam, Sanchez Watt, Alex Bruce and Neil Collins will all be fighting for a place in the starting line up.

Leeds other summer signing Billy Paynter will be on the sidelines after suffering a shin injury during pre season.

Also out through injury are Patrick Kisnorbo, Robert Snodgrass and Ben Parker.

Max Gradel and David Somma will be missing as they start their four and three match suspensions respectively after being sent off on the final day of last season.

Derby have five new players in their squad after joining in the summer, Gareth Roberts, John Brayford, James Bailey, David Martin and Tomasz Cywka will all be hoping for their first starts for Nigel Clough.

Shaun Barker, Stephen Pearson, Miles Addison and Steve Davies will all be missing through injury.
