Leeds United continued their build up for the 2017/18 season with a 2-0 win at North Ferriby.

Goals from Marcus Antonsson and Kemar Roofe ensured Leeds continued their 100% winning start to pre-season as they made it three wins from three games.

Head coach Thomas Christiansen once again used the game as an opportunity to get game time into his squad with 21 players featuring.

Antonsson opened the scoring on 18 minutes for Leeds. The Swedish striker had a number of opportunities early in the game before he calmly fired home.

Roofe was the only member of the squad to complete the 90 minutes and he doubled the lead for Leeds on 55 minutes when he fired home from the edge of the area.

The goal for Roofe is third in three games this pre-season.

Leeds dominated but couldn`t add to their tally.

The whites will now prepare for their three game tour of Austria that starts this weekend.

Leeds will kick-off the tour with a clash against German Bundesliga 2 side FC Ingolstadt on Sunday July 16th.

Bundesliga side Borussia Monchengladbach will be next up on Thursday July 20th and they will finish their Austrian tour with a clash against Spanish La Liga side SD Eibar on Sunday July 23rd.
