Leeds United boss Simon Grayson was delighted with his side`s performance after recording their best win of the season at Nottingham Forest.

On a highly emotional night at the City Ground, Leeds produced a superb display to win 4-0.

Speaking on Yorkshire Radio, Grayson said, “From start to finish it was an absolutely fantastic professional performance. I thought we were excellent from the first few minutes. We passed it around, we created chances and we kept going to the very end.”

Grayson changed things around after the weekends defeat to Barnsley and he reverted to a 4-5-1 system, which had done so well for Leeds around the same time last season.

Robert Snodgrass fired Leeds into the lead and he could have quite easily have had an hat trick in the first half.

Jonny Howson played in a much further forward role and he was rewarded with his first goal of the season just before half time.

Luciano Becchio was enjoying his second successive start and he scored Leeds third early in the second half.

Adam Clayton completed the rout for Leeds and it could quite easily have been more as Leeds totally dominated the game.
