Leeds United boss Simon Grayson says that striker Ross McCormack is one of the best in the Championship and he wouldn`t swap him for anyone.

McCormack lines up against his former club Cardiff City on Sunday having already netted on ten occasions this season, which make him the top scorer in the championship alongside Southampton striker Rickie Lambert.

The Scotland international struggled in his first season at Elland Road failing to score until the penultimate game of the season against Burnley.

He also netted in the last game of the season at Queens Park Rangers and he has taken that form into this season.

Speaking in the Yorkshire Evening Post, Grayson said, “He`s certainly proved his worth to us. At the moment I wouldn`t swap him for anyone because he`s one of the top strikers in our division. Hopefully he can get a winning goal against them.”

McCormack has failed to net in his last two games but he will be hoping to get back on the goal trail against the club where he netted 30 goals in 88 games in just over two seasons.
