Tiny T gives us his usual fans view, this time after the 4-0 win over Scunthorpe United at Elland Road.

Schmeichel 6

Don’t think he made a save today, kicking game better as well.

Connolly 6
Solid at the back and he helped behind Snoddy as the overlap or foil.

O’Brien 6
Rarely troubled until late on, confident and unruffled.

Bruce 6
As with his partner very little to do, couple of blocks and even got to the edge of the box on one occasion with a run.

McCartney 6
Another who was rarely troubled, supported Max well down the left.

Snodgrass 7
Three assists, tricky and skilful at times.

Howson 5
Played deeper than usual, a little subdued.

Johnson 6
Another goal, and a decent enough performance.

Gradel 6
Stunning goal, did he know what he was doing ??? Again though he wanted to beat everyone rather than lay it in for someone in a better position.

Watt 7 Star man
Started the rout with his first goal, tackle made the second, always wanted to be involved.

Becchio 4
Little decent ball into him to work with and he picked up an injury that saw him subbed at half time.

Substitutes

Paynter 6

Won everything in the air in the second half, decent layoffs as well, he needs a goal.

McCormack 4
Not really at the races again.

Somma 4
He scored but needs to work harder.

Summary

A game we could easily have lost but we won at a canter.
A strange game subdued with the occasional flash of skill that resulted in goals.
The crowd was the same, seemed to know we would win, or are they saving there voices for Wednesday.

Howson and Johnson played on top of the defence for long periods and needed to be another 10-15 yards further forward, hence the need to hoof it forwards.
Watt played well in the hole behind Becchio netting one and his tackle set up the second.

Its now back to dreaming, roll on Wednesday and a victory against the Gunners.

Thanks once again for your views Tiny.
