Leeds United youngster Tyler Roberts impressed many with his performance in our pre-season friendly against Southend United at the weekend. We took a 1-1 draw from our trip to Roots Hall with Luke Ayling finding the net and whilst fans had issues with the performance, Roberts did shine during his time on the pitch.
“People can expect to see power and pace from me. And I’m positive there’ll be goals as well.” Tyler Roberts ready to show what he’s about after six months on the sidelines:https://t.co/cfx4ZLlV35

The Yorkshire Evening Post have an interview with the 19-year-old talent and with him coming in during the last January window from West Bromwich Albion, but injury meaning he’s yet to make his debut, he’s obviously looking to make his mark in 2018/19.
Given the lack of strengthening so far, he could well get more of a chance than he’s hoping for.
With a price tag of £2.5million, that’s certainly heightened expectations amongst the fans and given the move only came about because a new contract couldn’t be agreed at The Hawthorns – they chose to cash in – he could well have a great future ahead of him.
No need to sign anyone else now is there!?

Defo if he can stay fit he will be a big big player for us. The natural finisher we have been lacking
