Leeds haven’t kicked a ball in several weeks and with no need to keep up appearances and no barbers on hand, some players have taken a decline when it comes to their appearance.

One such example is skipper Liam Cooper, who it would seem has been unable to locate a razor since self-isolation began, and has instead taken to growing out his hair and his beard.

Our players have reportedly continued to keep fit with a range of home equipment and did have access to the Thorp Arch track, but it seems that other areas have suffered.

Should Leeds try and sign Ryan Fraser?

No

It has caused much amusement to the fanbase, some of whom raise the question of how Cooper’s teammates may be faring, such as the already long-haired Luke Ayling.

The captain remarked that he is “embracing” the new-look, so it may be a while yet until we see the familiar Cooper return.

His spirits do appear to be high though which is the main thing considering the circumstance, and he will need to maintain that morale if we are return to our usual high standards when, or if, football resumes.

As along as the level of play remains to a good standard, nobody will care how the players look, though it would be interesting to see how others are fairing without a haircut.
