Leeds United fans are not happy with the side named for the clash at Preston North End this evening.

Head coach Paul Heckingbottom has made four changes to the side from the one that drew with Sunderland at the weekend.

Whilst Leeds fans have wanted Heckingbottom to make changes to his squad for the run-in with the side having little to play for, many wanted to see some of the under-23 development squad given a run-out in the first team. Instead, Heckingbottom has brought in Vurnon Anita, Kemar Roofe, Caleb Ekuban and Jay-Roy Grot into the starting eleven with all four players having come in for criticism from the fans this season.

More worryingly is the exclusion of Samu Saiz and Ezgjan Alioski, two players who have been amongst the better more attacking players for Leeds this year.

Leeds fans took to social media after the side was announced to show their anger at the squad named by Heckingbottom.

I suppose we will all find out over the 90 minutes whether Heckingbottom was right to make the changes this evening.
