Ben Jacobs of CBS Sports has reported that Newcastle, Ajax and Atalanta have all made an enquiry for Leeds United ‘top target‘ Arnaud Kalimuendo.

He suggests that Charles de Ketelaere is now getting ‘nearer’ to a move to AC Milan, despite it previously seeming that they would be unwilling to finance the move.

Leeds’ previous enquiry of £17 million is close to his suggested £20 million fee, with PSG open to a sale despite his quality loan move to struggling RC Lens last year, scoring 13 goals.

The Frenchman was instrumental in the national team’s run to the semi-final of the under-17 World Cup in 2019, scoring 5 goals before finally falling to Brazil in a game that he scored in.

A mobile striker, he finds space in the box, a talent also demonstrated by Patrick Bamford, to an incredible degree, but lets his finish let him down at times. Nonetheless, at just 20 years old, there is plenty of opportunity to polish his game.
