Leeds Word On The Tweet

“If he doesn’t start people will riot” – Many Leeds fans are demanding that 20-year-old play the next match from the start

“What more does this kid have to do” – A lot of Leeds United fans have now had enough of Patrick Bamford starting, and they are begging Marcelo Bielsa to play Eddie Nketiah.

The 20-year-old came off the bench to salvage a point from Deepdale for the Whites.

This was Nketiah’s fifth goal for Leeds – yet he still has not started a Championship game for them.

Once again, Bamford started up top, and though he worked hard for the side, he missed some clear-cut chances which were ultimately punished by Preston North End – who took the lead through Tom Barkhuizen.

Bielsa finally took Bamford off and put Nketiah on, and ten minutes later, the Whites were level.

The on-loan Arsenal man is now Leeds’ top scorer this season, and is averaging a goal every 78 minutes – surely, he has done enough to start a league game?

These Leeds fans are demanding that Nketiah starts against Sheffield Wednesday.

Some Arsenal fans have piled in and oddly seem to think that it is Leeds’ fans fault that Nketiah isn’t starting – with a few saying that the Whites don’t deserve him.
