The fixtures are starting to come thick and fast now with the League Cup back on the agenda this week for the new season.
The Whites play Bolton, too, in a game that we’ve every chance of winning though it would seem advisable that we are going to rest a fair few players.
With our squad being fairly small, we need to give players a break as much as possible and so, for this competition, I think it’s wise that we do that here.
According to Phil Hay on Twitter, too, Bielsa is planning on rotating the side this week in some early team news ahead of his press conference a little later on:
Marcelo Bielsa doing his pre-Bolton presser at 5pm this evening. Said on Saturday that there will be plenty of changes to his line-up tomorrow. #lufc

It makes perfect sense that the Argentinian manager is thinking this way and I would like to think that some of the promising kids we’ve got will get the chance to shine.
Let’s see what is in his thinking.
