Leeds United did not start the weekend how we would have liked after losing 1-0 to Sheffield United in the Sky Bet Championship at Elland Road this lunchtime.
The Whites have been excellent in the big games this season and have blown plenty of sides away but this was a worrying performance to say the least.
Not in the sense that we didn’t play well – we were decent enough – but in the sense that we simply could not make any of the chances count; we didn’t even have one on target for the full game.
Certainly, that is a concern and some of our players melting in the pressure didn’t help – though at least one man once again shone, and that was Pablo Hernandez.
The Spaniard is one of the best in the league, of course, and again at times he looked well above the rest of those players on the pitch.
He gets some credit, then, as reflected by the tweets about him on Twitter:
Ok positives – we played well, we created chances, so much was good especially Hernandez. We know we can beat every team in the remaining games. #lufc

Plenty of top-notch midfielders on view and Hernandez is the class act so far. 0-0 #lufc #twitterblades

Blunts just can’t cope with Hernandez at minute, need to convert this constant pressure into a goal, we do we win this #lufc

Encouraging signs for Leeds. Hernandez's radar looking quality and Bamford showing touches of aplomb 0-0 #lufc #twitterblades

I can’t believe people even mention Jack Grealish when discussing best player in this league. Pablo is a cut above everyone #LUFC
