Leeds striker Richard Cresswell insists he is capable of leading United’s front-line, as doubts persist over Rob Hulse’s fitness.

Hulse may require an operation on a troublesome hip injury, which could rule him out for up to four months.

Cresswell: ‘We’re all hoping Rob is going to be ok, but I like and could handle the pressure.

‘I have played every game for the last four years before coming to Leeds and have had to deal with different types of pressure throughout my career.

‘I am ready to do a job for the team, I am fit and available for selection and want to play as much football as I possibly can,’ he told the club’s official website.
