“Outstanding player” – A lot of Leeds United fans thrilled with Marcelo Bielsa’s quotes on Ben White.
Speaking in his press conference on Thursday, Bielsa claimed that White was achieving “a high level of performance” and that he was impressed at how long the 21-year-old has kept up his high standards.
White, who is rated at £2.25m by Transfermrkt, has played a huge role in the Championship’s tightest defence and many Leeds fans want the Whites to make the move permanent, but for that to happen, they would have to be promoted.
Earlier in October, Liverpool were linked with a £20m move for the Brighton man, and it is easy to see why with a quick look at White’s stats.
So far this season he has an average rating of 7.29 has made 2.1 tackles per game, three interceptions and 3.4 aerial duels won.
White has played every game for Bielsa’s men and is making a big impression at Elland Road.
