Annoyingly, Manchester United progressed in the Champions League last night as they turned a two-goal deficit around against PSG.
It was rather frustrating viewing and it does seem as though they are heading back to where they once were with that belief that they can win any game.
PSG, meanwhile, have underlined that they are one of the great bottlers of European competition once again with them throwing away a tie that they really should have progressed from.
Indeed, in the Champions League for all their money they have done very little – to the extent that we still have a better record than them:
Despite spending more than £1.1 billion on transfers, Paris Saint-Germain have still not managed to get further in the Champions League than Leeds United.#LUFC pic.twitter.com/lSzlRWEela

A cracking dig from bet365, then, and it underlines that we really should be back at the top table before too long.
We’ve been in the second tier for way too long for a club of our side and I firmly expect that when we do go up many will flock to us once more.
