Leeds United have only 9 points left to play for in this year’s battle in the Championship.
With the games dwindling down now at the real business end of the campaign as Leeds United find themselves heading towards the end of May, sitting in seventh place in the Championship table continues to give real hope of a Play Off route to Wembley and a long awaited return to the top flight.
With 73 points on the board and a 12 point gap to Newcastle United in second spot, with 9 points to battle for, that is now a stretch too far, but tied on the same points as Fulham we just have to better them in one game across the next three.
We just have to hope the defeat to Wolverhampton Wanderers wasn’t the final twist is the Play Off battle.
