With Leeds United centre-half Pontus Jansson heading out of the club this week and heading for pastures new and Brentford, the 28-year-old well liked Swede took to social media to send fans a message following his departure.
The defender was well liked at the club for his heart on his sleeve approach to life and he was no different on social media when dealing with the fans either. With plenty of fallout following his extremely low £5.5million transfer switch, whether fans will actually know the truth of what truly happened remains open for debate.
Plenty will appreciate his words in our direction though and I can only imagine he’ll get a warm reception when he returns in the 2019/20 campaign.

The reactions from fans to his Tweet were pretty predictable really given his modern day legend status amongst most and a few teammates had fond words for him as well given his little message to them and plenty of fans were happy to read into those given the varying claims doing the rounds.
All the best mate. You will be missed. Love ya lad ???? https://t.co/Uri5gvF95e
