Many Leeds supporters have been sharing the same message in reply to a recent post by United owner Andrea Radrizzani, when the Italian sought to praise our triumphant Under 16s.

The young crop of Whites talents lifted the Esposende Cup at the weekend, after beating Nottingham Forest on penalties in the Final, having been held to a 1-1 draw in regulation time after Luke Harrop struck United’s equaliser in the 19th minute after an early opener by Esapa Osong.

However, when Radrizzani praised our U16s’ triumphant success at the Esposende Cup, many Leeds fans sought to use it as a chance to lament the Italian regarding the speculative futures of Kemar Roofe and Pontus Jansson.

The Scottish Sun recently revealed that Rangers are plotting a potential move to sign Roofe this summer, should Steven Gerrard’s side lose influential yet controversial £10million-rated striker Alfredo Morelos.

The Gers are said to see our 2018/19 top goalscorer as their top target to replace the Colombian, given Roofe has now entered the final year of his current deal at Elland Road. Fears over negotiations stalling are also thought to have led United chiefs to slap a £5million asking price on the 26-year-old, in a bid to prevent him from leaving for free next summer.

As for Jansson, reports emerged at the start of July noting that he had been training with former side Malmo amid recurring links with a move away from West Yorkshire.

Concerns over the defender’s attitude is understood to have seen his future with the Whites cast into doubt, while a £5.5million offer is thought to have been placed by an English side – believed to be Brentford – in a bid to sign the Swedish centre-back, who has been told he must return to Thorp Arch by July 12.

Here’s how these Leeds fans responded to Radrizzani’s post…

  • the cash cow is now open to offers,as our owner has no interest in success at the higher level only for his own pocket

    • Come on Mr Radrizzani do us all a favour and put out a statement because we fans are just little bit fed up with the club right now.

  • If Radrizani thinks this is a way of distracting fans from the serious issues emanating from a personality clash that suggests Bielsa has insecurity troubles that necessitate removal of our best defender 3 weeks prior to the start of the season he is delusional. The 63 year old manager must have alternative methods of dealing with difficult players who may require care and consideration for their mental health and wellbeing.

  • New system being implemented at Elland road 1,4,1 ,4 . Cooper klich,Phillips (if we keep him) forshaw, harrison, herndandez, bamford, Costa, Clark, roofe

    • If we are paying bamford 30,000a week then Phillips and roofs should be on the same wages . We has fans should be able to see that all our best players are kept, come on raz if you want us behind you sort it out ????????????
