Remember the days when Leeds United were famous for selling players?
Well, it looks as though the tables are turning, with yet another name linked with a move to Elland Road this summer. After the signing of Helder Costa on loan, it looks as though attention will now shift from attack to defence. Or more specifically defensive midfield.
Reports in The Daily Mail are linking them to Croatian midfielder Ivan Sunjic. They are joined in the race by fellow Championship side Birmingham City, who have reportedly already lodged a £3.5m bid for the Dinamo Zagreb man. Whether or not he’d be willing to swap the Champions League for the Championship, we’ll just have to wait and see.
Whilst a lot of Leeds fans think that he would be a good signing and a great addition to the squad, they hope that he will be only that, an addition. Seeing as he plays the same position as academy graduate Kalvin Phillips, heavily rumoured to be leaving the club with Aston Villa circling, there were just a few twinges of concern making their way into the minds of some of these supporters, with a lot of them praying that it doesn’t come true.
I wonder why ????????????

Forshaw OUT, Ivan IN . . . works for me.

Would definitely welcome this signing 100% but all depends on if it’s a replacement signing or not. We do need more cover in the KP position because Foreshaw isn’t the right player in that role. Just hopefully it’s not a signing to cover a potential sale.

Could be a very good addition with a coach like Marcelo moulding him. The same he had done with Klich and Phillips
