Leeds United returned to the summit of the Championship standings at the weekend after edging Bolton Wanderers in a 1-0 triumph, securing their fifth consecutive league win in a row.
The Peacocks have excelled under the guidance of Marcelo Bielsa this season to boast a position as one of the favourites to earn promotion to the Premier League, something the club have been chasing ever since relegation in 2004.
One of the shining lights this season has been Pablo Hernandez, who boasts seven goals and seven assists in 15 Championship appearances this season – leading the club’s promotion charge and establishing himself firmly as a fan favourite.
Impressive stats have been doing the round on social media this week which shows just how influential Hernandez has been, registering more assists than anyone else in the division, creating a chance every 24.3 minutes and boasting more assists for Leeds than any player since making his debut in August 2018.
