Goalkeeper Graham Stack, who is on loan from Reading has returned to full-time training after recovering from an ankle injury, and is determined to force himself back into the #1 jersey.

Stack played the full 90 of the reserve team’s 2-2 draw with Shrewsbury Town and after six weeks out looks set to challenge!

Since Stack’s injury, Neil Sullivan was recalled and the club have signed Denmark’s #2 goalkeeper Casper Ankergren meaning the Reading stopper is by no means guaranteed a swift return.

‘I’m desperate to play as is Sully and Casper – everyone wants to be in the team – but it’s all about Leeds United and what is best for the team. As desperate as I am to play you accept what’s best’ Stack said.

I know what goalkeepers are like (being one myself), they probably all give each other vicious looks, but of course get along just great! 😉
