We might be getting ever closer to the transfer window but it’s safe to say there are mixed feelings ahead of it opening.
Some of us are hopeful that Victor Orta et al. are going to produce the goods in the market and move away from last summer’s policy.
Others, though, are concerned that no shift in thinking is going to take place and this report from Leeds United YEP on Twitter certainly underlines that:

The Verdict
I’m just not sure about this one at all and that makes things rather frustrating for us.
You’d think we’d go after players that are proven at this level after the season we’ve had but it looks as though we’re still willing to take a few risks.
We’ll have to wait and see what the player is like if he signs but I won’t hold my breath.
