Leeds United secured a third Championship victory in a row by defeating Sheffield United on Saturday, which was their first win at Bramall Lane since 1992.
Pablo Hernandez scored the game’s early goal to settle what was a very tough test for Marcelo Bielsa’s side, both figuratively and literally, with many supporters taking issue with the physical approach to the game that the Blades showed.
Some believed that the Peacocks should have had a penalty and that the hosts should not have finished the game with 11 players still on the field, although it did not matter too much in the end due to the victory that was secured.
After the game, Leeds’ defender Pontus Jansson took to social media to issue a rallying cry where he declared he would stand up for everything for this team – earning a variety of responses from confident fans.
We have gathered some of their reactions below.
