With confirmation this week that Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa would be remaining in position for the coming 2019/20 Championship campaign, Leeds fans breathed a sign of relief and quickly turned attentions to the makeup of the first team squad as we look to go one better next year.
With plenty of speculation about incomings and outgoings as we look to strengthen the group and provide far more of a clinical touch given that was the main thing that let us down with injuries hitting the form of both Kemar Roofe and Patrick Bamford, with a successful year for Carlos Corberan’s Under 23 side, plenty are wondering if this is the year we see more from the likes of Jack Clarke and Jamie Shackleton, but also whether 2019/20 sees breakthrough seasons for others like Ryan Edmondson, Mats Bogusz, Kun Temenuhkov and plenty of others.
Bogusz without a doubt will make appearances. Best talent out of all of them.

Bogusz the obvious one I’ve missed, he’s clearly physically ready

As you know Ken I’m big fan of Alfie… he a proper little footballer. Technically ???? and can find a pass

With plenty of fans clearly highly rating the current crop of youngsters it’s easy to see why some names feature in this chat and Bielsa certainly isn’t against leaning on youth. Andrea Radrizzani when talking about a difficult summer was quite to get the Academy lads a mention, so if Bielsa feels they’ve earned the shot and they take the chance in impress further in pre-season, we could see quite a few of them.
