The YEP have posted online and via Twitter, the latest transfer news surrounding Leeds United, with news on Arnaud Kalimuendo, Jamie Shackleton and a possible new assistant coach.

The Arnaud Kalimuendo transfer has taken another twist. The youngster has been on loan for the last two seasons at Lens, scoring 13 goals. PSG were reluctant to let him leave, but with AC Milan stepping up their efforts to sign Charles De Ketelaere from Club Brugges, it looks as though Leeds will make the PSG forward their priority target. According to reports, the Whites are now ‘likely’ to get a deal over the line to lure him to Elland Road.

Jesse Marsch may have a new number two to assist him on his first full season in charge at Elland Road. According to The Athletic Rene Maric, 29, is to ‘join’ having previously worked at Borussia Dortmund.

Millwall have an option to buy Leeds youngster Jamie Shackleton, when his season long loan deal expires. Leeds have given the London club the green light to sign the midfielder on a permanent basis at the end of the 2022/23 campaign. According to London News Online, Millwall have first refusal on Shackleton, should he impress at The Den in the Championship this season. He has joined fellow Leeds youngster Charlie Cresswell on loan with The Lions, although you feel Cresswell still has a future with Leeds United.
