Jack Harrison has come under a lot of scrutiny about his displays this season, however, after scoring the winner against Reading on Tuesday night, that scrutiny has turned into praise, and the majority of it comes off the back of one quite remarkable statistic.

@MarshyLeeds pulled up these numbers that show how much the 23-year-old has developed since his time with Marcelo Bielsa, noting that his numbers from this year are on course to far surpass the numbers that he was putting up during the last campaign.

Now whilst it’s expected that things would get better for Harrison as he’s gotten more and more used to Bielsa’s style, the fact the numbers are so much better than last year really does say something. However, there were a number of fans who still think there’s a lot more to come from him.

And it should be pointed out that it’s actually four goals and four assists, which is still better than the whole of last year, even if the maths is a little bit off.
