Leeds United travel to London to face Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League in the final round of fixtures before the World Cup break.

Both sides will be hoping to end on a high and take the three points at different ends of the table. Spurs will look to hang on to their position in the top four whilst Leeds will be hoping to climb away from the chasing pack in the relegation places. After two wins in a row against Liverpool and Bournemouth, the Whites leapt up to 12th place in the Premier League table and the pressure on Jesse Marsch had lifted for the time being. A win for the Yorkshire club would take them up one place into 11th but with a game in hand on most of the sides below them in the table. Three points for the hosts will put them into third, at least until the current third-placed team Newcastle play Chelsea in the tea-time fixture.

Spurs and Leeds both exited the Carabao Cup on Wednesday after fielding very different sides. Leeds made 10 changes to the side that beat Bournemouth with a host of U21s and fringe players losing out narrowly 1-0 to Wolverhampton Wanderers. Spurs in comparison played a side full of first-team regulars but succumbed to Nottingham Forest 2-0.

Can Leeds make it three wins in three?

Yes, definitely!

Spurs will be without key duo Cristian Romero (calf) and Son Heung-Min (eye). Ryan Sessegnon will sit this one out after he was forced to play on through injury at the City Ground after they had used all their substitutions. However, Conte has been handed a boost in attack with Richarlison and Dejan Kulusevski both coming through the EFL Cup match unscathed.

Leeds will again be without Patrick Bamford (hip) and Mateusz Klich (knock). There will be late fitness tests for Jack Harrison (muscular) and Joe Gelhardt, after the latter limped off in the defeat to Wolves. Long-term absentees Stuart Dallas, Luis Sinisterra and Archie Gray are all still recovering, and the game has come too soon for Adam Forshaw who has recently resumed training.

Tottenham Hotspur’s possible starting lineup:
Lloris, Dier, Lenglet, Davies, Emerson, Hojbjerg, Bentancur, Perisic, Kulusevski, Kane, Richarlison.

Leeds United possible starting lineup:
Meslier, Kristensen, Koch, Cooper, Struijk, Adams, Roca, Harrison, Aaronson, Summerville, Rodrigo.

Referee: Michael Salisbury. Assistants: James Mainwaring, and Derek Eaton. Fourth Official: Graham Scott. VAR: Paul Tierney. Assistant VAR: Natalie Aspinall.
